Rechnungen im Blick: Wir prüfen Handwerkerrechnungen sachlich und geben sie frei — zum Originalbetrag, ohne Aufschlag. Auf Wunsch strecken wir Kleinbeträge vor.
Die kleinen Bewohner — Kanarienvogel, Fische, Katze — versorgt, mit Fotobeleg.
Im Notfall rund um die Uhr: Wasserschaden, Alarm, Heizungsausfall — eine Nummer, die immer abhebt.

Warm und willkommen: Heizung hoch, Kühlschrank nach Ihrer Liste gefüllt, Blumen auf dem Tisch.
Der Weg ist frei: Schnee geräumt, Kaminholz geschlichtet und anfeuerbereit.
Einsatzbereit: Auto und Fahrräder gewartet, Ausrüstung parat.
Frische Wäsche: Nach Ihrer Abreise geben wir Bett- und Frotteewäsche in die Wäscherei — bei der nächsten Ankunft liegt alles frisch im Schrank.

Umbau- und Renovationsaufsicht: Termine, Zugänge, Baufortschritt mit Bildbericht.
Abnahme und Übergabe — Sie entscheiden, wir sind vor Ort.
Sommermodus: Terrasse und Garten bereit, Wohnung frisch, wenn das Engadin ruft.

Jedes Mandat enthält eine Verschwiegenheitserklärung zu Ihren Gunsten: Was wir über Sie und Ihr Haus wissen, bleibt bei uns — auch über das Mandatsende hinaus. Keine Referenzen, keine Fotos, keine Weitergabe.

Ihre Daten bleiben in der Schweiz: Unterlagen, Berichte und Zugänge liegen auf unserem eigenen Server in einem Schweizer Rechenzentrum — nicht bei einem Dienst im Ausland.

Auf Wunsch erreichen Sie uns über Threema — Schweizer Anbieter, Server in der Schweiz, Ende-zu-Ende verschlüsselt und ohne Preisgabe Ihrer Telefonnummer.

Regular inspections with a discreet photo and status report to your phone.
Mail and deliveries taken in, systems checked, rooms aired.
Mail opened, scanned, sent: on request the same day — encrypted via Threema or by e-mail. You decide from afar what matters.
Tradesmen commissioned, let in, supervised, signed off.
Invoices checked: we review tradesmen's invoices and release them — at the original amount, without markup. On request we advance smaller sums.
The small residents — canary, fish, cat — cared for, with photo confirmation.
Emergencies, around the clock: water damage, alarm, heating failure — one number that always answers.

Warm and welcoming: heating up, fridge stocked to your list, flowers on the table.

Fresh linen: after your departure we send bed and bath linen to the laundry — on your next arrival everything is fresh in the cupboard.

Acceptance and handover — you decide, we are on site.
Summer mode: terrace and garden ready, the apartment fresh when the Engadin calls.

Confidentiality — in writing

Every mandate includes a confidentiality agreement in your favour: what we know about you and your home stays with us — beyond the end of the mandate. No references, no photos, no disclosure.

Your data stays in Switzerland: documents, reports and access details are held on our own server in a Swiss data centre — not with a provider abroad.

On request you can reach us via Threema — a Swiss provider with servers in Switzerland, end-to-end encrypted and without revealing your phone number.

With us, discretion is not a courtesy. It is a contractual obligation.

Fatture sotto controllo: verifichiamo le fatture degli artigiani e le approviamo — all'importo originale, senza ricarico. Su richiesta anticipiamo piccoli importi.

Ogni mandato include una dichiarazione di riservatezza a vostro favore: ciò che sappiamo di voi e della vostra casa resta con noi — anche dopo la fine del mandato. Nessuna referenza, nessuna foto, nessuna divulgazione.

I vostri dati restano in Svizzera: documenti, rapporti e accessi sono custoditi sul nostro server in un centro dati svizzero — non presso un servizio all'estero.

Su richiesta potete contattarci tramite Threema — fornitore svizzero, server in Svizzera, crittografia end-to-end e senza rivelare il vostro numero di telefono.
